HumanZyme, Inc. is the global leader providing high-authenticity recombinant human proteins from human cells. Currently, HumanZyme offers a number of high-authenticity human protein cytokines, kinases, and phosphatases that conventional production methods either can not produce or cannot economically produce. We also provide timely and cost-effective contract production of recombinant human proteins from human cells.

Limited use License
HumanZyme, Inc. products may be subject to one or more US and Foreign Patents. The purchase of a HumanZyme Inc. product conveys to the buyer the non-transferable right to use the purchased amount of the product and components of the product in research conducted by the buyer (wether the buyer is an academic or for for profit entity) The buyer cannot sell or transfer the product or components of the product or materials made with the product to a third party; or use the product, components or materials made with the product for Commercial Purposes. The buyer may transfer information or materials made through the use of the product or its components to a scientific collaborator provided such transfer is not for Commercial Purposes and that the collaborator agrees in writing to the same terms (i.e. not to transfer the product or components of the product or materials made with the product to a third party or use the product, components or materials made with the product for Commercial Purposes.) Commercial purposes means any activity by a party for consideration and may include (but is not limited to) a) use of the product or its components in manufacturing; b) use of the product or its components to provide a service, information or data; c) use of the product or its components of diagnostic, therapeutic or prophylactic purposes; d) resale of the product or its components wether or not such products or components are resold for use in research. HumanZyme Inc. will not assert a claim against the buyer of infringement of applicable patents or this Limited Use Label License based on the manufacture, use or sale of a therapeutic, diagnostic, vaccine or prophylactic product developed in research by the buyer in which this product or its components were employed, provided that neither the product nor any of its components was used in the manufacture of such product.
